Rucci Modisch will check the product before we send out the shipment.
If we notice there are defects or stock problem before the delivery , we will email you to seek for further assistance.
Rucci Modisch will check the measurement , material & product's similarity before we upload the product to our website.
If the product slightly difference in color or design we will state clearly in the product's description on website while you order.
Situation that Rucci Modisch STRICTLY DONT ACCEPT Return/Exhange :-
1) Size Exchange.
2) Color Exchange.
3) Color difference due to lighting effect during photo shoot.
4) Measurement differs in 1-3 cm.
5) Scissors cut during unseal parcel.
6) Minor defect which can be corrected easily.
7) Minor Stain.
8) Design Issue.
However , we do accept Return/Exchange in certain situation.
Rucci Modisch reserve the right to classified the product whether it is Returnable/Exchangable.
In the occasion when Rucci Modisch staff authorized the Return/Exchange .
Please make sure that :-
All return items must be returned in UNWORN , UNIRONED , UNALTERED , UNWASHED condition all tags attached.
Return/Exchange item must be mailed back within 7 working days from the day item is mailed out by Rucci Modisch.
Any Return/Exchange is subject prior to Rucci Modisch latest update stock with the same Product / Design / Color / Size only.
Procedure to request for Return/Exchange :-
1) E-Mail us at email@example.com a clear picture indicating the defected area.
2) Kindly wait for our reply within 24 hours
3) Customers/Resellers are required to post back using Pos Laju Malaysia Courier.
4) We will refund the postage fees accordingly once Admin approve the Return/Exchange.
We Do NOT entertain Customers/Buyer/Delegate/Representative/Reseller/Wholesaler/Agent which return parcel without acknowledging us by E-Mail.

4) Your shipment/order does not arrive within the stated transit time for the courier.
